7 Scudi Società Agricola S.R.L. – Poggio 3 Lune (“the Company”)
These Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations made with 7 Scudi Società Agricola S.R.L. for Poggio 3 Lune. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
To place a reservation request, guests must provide accurate and complete information, including full name, contact details, and (where applicable) payment details.
We accept the following payment methods:
Bank transfer
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro)
Cash upon arrival (where permitted by the booked rate)
Important: A reservation is considered confirmed only when:
the payment requirements for the selected rate (e.g., deposit, prepayment, payment deadline) have been met, and
the booking complies with the specific Terms and Conditions attached to the selected rate.
If payment is not received within the deadline stated for your rate, the Company may cancel the reservation request or release the dates without further notice (subject to applicable law and the rate conditions).
Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send a confirmation email including your booking reference number, payment status, and reservation details.
Cancellation conditions vary depending on the rate selected at the time of booking (e.g., refundable, partially refundable, non-refundable). Please refer to the rate-specific cancellation terms shown at booking and/or included in your confirmation email.
Requests to change a reservation must be submitted in writing to info@3lune.it
and are subject to availability. Rate differences and/or administrative fees may apply.
Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: by 11:00
Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, illness, or death occurring during the stay, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Guests are responsible for taking reasonable safety precautions and for their personal belongings.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and comply with house rules and applicable laws. The Company reserves the right to terminate the stay and/or cancel the reservation without refund in cases of serious misconduct, damage, illegal activity, or behavior that disturbs other guests or staff (as permitted by law and the booked rate conditions).
The Company is not liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, epidemics/pandemics, utility failures, or government actions.
In the rare event that the Company must cancel a confirmed stay, we will provide 10 days’ notice where reasonably possible and issue a full refund of any amounts paid for the accommodation. Additionally, we will provide a 20% discount to be applied to a future reservation as an apology for the inconvenience (subject to availability and excluding third-party costs, if any).
The Company may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes become effective upon publication on our website and will apply to reservations made after the publication date (unless otherwise required by law).
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florence, Italy, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
